BPM-to-Float notch block for OSC to Resolume

For media server users looking to control Resolume tempo externally.

This is a super lightweight notch block, there is nothing to render!

Instead it simply converts a user input tempo to the require float value for Resolume's tempo range of 20-500

1. Connect the output to an OSC sender in your server
2. The Send address is written in an editable field so you can copy/paste it to your OSC settings in-server
3. Type in your tempo

Useful for sending fixed tempos from another interface like Companion, Streamdeck or MIDI etc
